Spices are not created or sold equally. Supermarket spices:
- Are often not fresh and have been sitting around for years before reaching shelves.
- Display single ingredients in a jar which are actually made up of spices from multiple farms with inconsistent quality control.
- Don’t always come from farmers who are paid an equitable wage for harvesting the ingredient.
- Are selected for looks rather than flavour
Our spices are all sourced from single-origin farms, harvested by hand and dried at source. We carefully select each spice for flavour, with each grown in small batches organically and in nutrient-rich soil which delivers a potent, yet natural, flavour profile. Our farmers are paid a fair wage, which results in love and care going into our spices for an exquisite final flavour.

Shipping and Returns
Please note that items shipped to destinations outside of the UK may be liable to additional customs and tax charges. Chai Guys does not accept responsibility to cover these charges which should be paid by the customers. Please check your local customs/tax regulations before placing your order.

UK orders: Orders are dispatched between 1-2 working days on a 2-day Royal Mail delivery service. Expect your parcel between 2-4 working days after you place your order.
USA: We now have a selection of products available on Amazon US for speedy shipping & lower shipping costs. You can find them here. For products not available on Amazon, you can still purchase via our website but please allow 2-4 working days for dispatch and 5 days for delivery from the UK.
Rest of the world: Orders are dispatched between 2-4 working days. Your parcel may take up to 5 days once dispatched to arrive.
